Process

Up-cycled from 3 - 8 wasted plastic bags in 30 mins

The plastic bags are received as donations from the Egyptian Clothing Bank or sourced externally. They are sorted based on color and type, cleaned and then prepared for hand-ironing. The variations in the type of plastic bags and the color layering creates the different textures and designs.

Our colors are based on the actual colors of the plastic bags we source, yet we can make it as customizable as possible using the freckles or back plastic layer!
